Angles, Grades & Ratings

Does anyone know of some resources that I can find information about the angle and grade of various mountains? I'm starting to keep a journal of my different runs and would like to get a better understanding of the terrain in general. I believe each mountains ratings, blue, black, etc., are based on the terrain of that mountain in general, someone will correct me if i'm wrong... Where can I get more detailed information about the terrain I'm riding, including the off-piste areas? I've done a shit ton of net research and really haven't found anything fruitful, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Every turn is a blessing.

My local spot - 7Springs in Champion, PA - posts most of that information on their website. HERE IS THE LINK to their slope stat page.

I'd recommend checking other sites for that info.
