tmz is lame for putting this up before the olympics are over...would have been better if they had posted this after...but no, those media bastards had to be annoying and post that, knowing it won't be good for him

regardless, I think its retarded the olympic committee even gave him shit for that...I don't even consider that inappropriate behavior...Now if he was at a middle school doing that then yes, maybe its bad...but if hes out there partying after riding well with a bunch of friends, I think he can do whatever he wants....not to mention, there's nothing illegal going on here, whereas Phelps' hittin the bong was technically against the law (but also lame, considering how many hypocritical people smoke in this country)
