Well, better late than never as the saying goes. This storm cycle has finally given us the weather we are known for. Mt. Hood Meadows has recieved over 2 feet of snow since Sunday night. Today we are expecting about a foot then tonight up to another 15 inches. Thursday and thursday night we are looking at possibly getting another 18 tp 24 inches. In all, we are verly likely going to see 4 to 5 feet out of this storm system. Our base is finally getting where it should be with 60 inches at the base and 79 at mid mountain.
I am working the next 3 days there and will be staying at Meadows both nights. I slapped my Rome Arsenals on my new pow board...the Atomic Radon 169...I can`t wait to see how it floats on this waist deep powder!

Still waiting for Alaska to get the love;I fly out of here on Monday for Anchorage. Then on the 28`th, I am driving up to Fairbanks for a few days. It`s plenty cold for snow if they would just get the weather. Anchorage is hovering in the -5F to -15F range for lows and up in Fairbanks, they are calling for -45F to -50F for lows

The high there is going to be clear up to a balmy -35F today; break out the shorts!...
