Default Goggles, Masks, and Fog: The Battle Goes On

For those of you who wear a goggles and a mask, HOW do you wear them? Do you have your goggles overlap the mask, or have goggles on skin, with the mask coming up to the edge of the goggle? My goggles have been fogging up a bit recently, and friend told me I was wearing them "wrong" (i.e. the overlap method), but I haven't had much trouble with them before.

If I wear a face mask when its really cold, I wear the goggles over the mask. Have not had too much trouble as when it gets that cold it generally is drier air outside. Here at Mt. Hood it is the damn rain that causes fogging issues from dealing with 100% humidity. Cold dry air is a lot nicer to deal with.

Actually, yeah, it was a bit foggy, snowing (i.e. otherwise moist) yesterday. You ever heard any feedback on the goggles w/fans in them?

I know the fans used to be used in paintball...They never worked to well. Thermal (Or double) lenses are the best way to go. I find when the fog turns to ice it is ten times worse.

my mask is more of a neck-warmer thing that i just pull up over my mouf... does the job for now, but i imagine that it doesnt matter whether or not you're wearing your goggles over or under your mask...just depends on how the mask fits.

yeah +1 to the ice thing too... the only thing i hate about night boarding is when you pass a snowmaking machine, and the ice gets stuck to your goggles, there's no sun to melt it off!
