Funny Snowboard Crashes

Snowboard crashes are a lot funnier when you are the guy watching and not doing it. But they seem to make great youtube videos. YouTube - Snowboard Crashes - Extreme Gnar Video

Call me weird, but I've never gotten enjoyment out of someone falling. More often that not, it hurts. Every time I'm going up the lift watching people hit features, I'm sending good vibes their way In reality it has zero effect, but I'm always hoping everyone stomps their tricks.

I think maybe I could laugh at some funny looking spills in powder though.

EDIT: I laughed at a couple of the powder falls. Ugh, I hate seeing people fall doing urban riding. It's always horrible.

I laugh when I get up unhurt from a spectacular crash. So are other peoples crashes when they get up smiling. On one trip the worst i hurt myself when falling on ice when walking back to the chalet. I didn't smile but it was funny however you looked at it.

I am a writer and have done some pieces on extreme sport. Here's my page if you'd like to check it out. I'd appreciate any comments as writing is my passion.

Every time I see crashes like that I'm thinking "ouch".
Just like G2309, I tend to laugh after I take a good fall. Talk about weird looks from others.

I'll laugh if it's a fun fall in powder. My season ended a few weeks ago when I bailed on a big jump. I was sideways in the air trying to catch myself with my right arm.. it got stretched out behind me and tore my labrum, as well as biceps and triceps a little. My fingers were going purple from circulation being cut off depending on how I held my arm. It's tough to get up from a fall like that and laugh. I was by myself so I had to get an ice pack at ski patrol and drive myself to their local ER.

I feel bad for the part where the guy crack his board in half. Sad but funny.
