First Lesson

Today I took my first snowboarding lesson. I bailed tons of times, but couldnt stop laughing. I even bruised my tailbone, and still got right back up... laughing. According to my instructor, I was progressing quicker then anyone he has ever taught. The weather was shit today, raining and windy and eww, but it was so much fun.

I cant wait till next season to take more lessons and really get out there.

Snowboarding is rather fun
Thats good that you caught on quick, its way more enjoyable when that happens.
What resort did you go to?

I just went to Glen Eden in Milton. It kind of sucked with the weather that we have been having, but it was pretty good. Living in Brampton its only about a half hour drive so its nice and close

Nice! I love Glen Eden. I'm thinking I might try and get up there this week. It's not overly challenging, but it's also not the 2.5hr drive to Blue.

Glad you enjoyed yourself ceriwen. Here's hoping you're able to get out a few more times this year!

Nice job! Those first few days are tough (and painful), so any laughing you can do to ease the pain

Hockley sucks, stop trying to get more customers you bumb hahaha. Besides, Glen eden is probably closer depending on what part of Toronto you're from.

Man, hockley is absolutely fucking horrible aha
But it does have a few positives
Its free for me
I usually get free food
And as small as it is, it has quite a bit of variety
I looove the environment over there
And it once had an awesome park. It recently turned to shit.
