I got pair new 32 lashed boots with quick lace.... the quick lace cord snapped, how to you get this fixed? it doesnt even look like you can put a new cord in?

oh shit you have a park pickle. so do i.

i think if you take it where you bought it from their warranty might cover it, or the original company will repair it.

you bought it from sierrasnowboards? if so, i hear they have amazing customer service and chances are they'll either send you a new lace or fix it for you.

ya theyll take care of it but u gatta ship it back .. then they ship it to 32 .. then it comes back .. ill never have boots to finish the season
