I was just curious on average how many days a year everyone rides. I personally would say my average is about 25, last year (2008-2009), I kind of became a ski bum since I only had to be at school for about 2 hours a day in the morning and would often go riding after class due to my home resort being 30 minutes from my house, so I went about 50-60 days (to be honest I lost track I just know I went at least 50). I would have gone more but the season ended early since volcanic ash on the snow made it melt very quickly. This year I only rode about 12 days (6 at my home mountain Alyeska Resort, and 6 days in Jackson Hole) because I am going to college at Purdue in Indiana (a total mistake snowboarding wise but a great school overall), but am hoping to do another 15 at Alyeska since they are open Friday-Sunday in may, and also hopefully another 7 days or so of backcountry. (If you can't tell I get back Alaska soon and really can't wait to start snowboarding again since I haven't gone since mid march).

This year I made it to 45 days in my regular season. My post season is just beginning however with some jib sessions at closed resorts, jump building sessions on Mt. Rainier and mammoth trips when I go back home

Congrats to Seant46 and BurtonAvenger for making over 50 days. BurtonAvenger how have you done 139 days this year? Are you ski patrol, lift operator, or do you just have an awesome job where you can ride all the time? Also, how do you keep track that you've gone 139 times? Or does your resort track that?

This season I have only gotten about 10-12 days. I am planning on going up to Mammoth once or twice before the season ends. Hopefully before next season I will finally find a job and get about 25-30 days a season.
