That is last years forecast.

Most places around here are extremely lucky to open before Thanksgiving anyways so not to worried about the forecast for heat. Just want some precipitation this season locally sick of it all missing my area completely. Just going to make a little more travel plans this season to hit the slopes.

Wouldn't be getting to upset about the winter when it's July

Well, out here in Western Washington we had a little less than a week where the weather got over 80 and that was it. Our summer days are starting off cloudy and making it to about 75 at most on a very consistent basis. It's so bad that the trees are confused and have begun turning to Fall colors around here. I hope that summer comes back to us so that Fall and Winter can actually make their appearance on time, and not in August. I want it to snow intensely this Winter, but I also would like a little Summer before that happens.

Forth in a row? More like one.

This winter is trending towards La Nina.

09/10 = El Nino
08/09 = Neutralish
07/08 = La Nina

The way Summer has been in the PNW I think a strong winter is on the way for BC, WA, OR.
