question about bevels - Snowboarding Forum

hi im think of getting a new board and it would be a mostly a park board i live in michigan so the snow is really mixed from powder to ice i was wondering what bevel should i have i what to still be able to turn but not catch an edge on a rail or a box

start with 1 degree and see if you are still catching. if so, take off another. it's a lot easier to take off degrees of bevel than put them back on.
