So what you are saying is....

...that instead of calling the cops when we see someone jackin someones board we should just beat the shit out of them instead?

Discharge for taking snowboard for joyride | Local News | Rocky Mountain Outlook

eh...I don't know. Seems about right for the punishment. Now if the board had been hurt hells yeah kick-ass. Of course if I saw an a-hole taking my board I wouldn't be going to get security or the cops. I'd be knocking the dumbass down and asking questions later.

Soooo he was there at a resort, had snowboard boots on, but no ride of his own to "joyride" on??? Horse shit!! I can't stand thieves period, and a board thief is the lowest, I'd hate to imagine what would happen to some douche trying to rip my deck.

HUH?? They aren't going out of business, at least I haven't seen anything on their forums about it. I wouldn't care if my ride was 100$ POS or a top of the line 1000$ deck. The only way a thief would leave with my board is if it was firmly lodged up his ass.

They filed ch.11 bankruptcy. Doesn't necessarily mean theyre going to disappear, but ya they're going bankrupt! I think it has something to do with Burton pulling out because Sierra was discounting them so much.
