F@ck Fedex

They seriously suck hard... I order my NS SL from evo shipped via fedex. I was suppose to recieve it yesterday the 23rd. Check the tracking, says it "Customer not available or business closed".... i'm at work and i live in an apartment complex.. every other package gets left in the main office.. i call Fedex seeing what was going on and they say " i need to sign for it in order to recieve it".. so i have them redirect it to a Fedex office near me and it WAS suppose to show up today.. check tracking again and i see the same message from before.. now im thinking what the hell.. call Fedex again.. this time they forgot to change the shipping information and now im "Suppose" to see it Friday... What a useless company....

I had them deliver a snowboard to a vacant lot on me once, also had them lose 2 NS boards that until I threatened to drive to the distribution office were no where to be found. The company is shady as fuck they contract out drivers to independents who don't give a fuck.

I work for Fedex and yes we do suck but it's alot worst at UPS since they actually work for the company. BA is right they are contractors, which is the reason why you probably didnt get your board. If its signature required which is not up to fedex, but NS(the shipper) they wont driver release it or redirect it at all.

I got the board from Evo but yeah i hear you, they are redirecting it to my local FedEx place so i can pick it up. This is my first time dealing with FedEx, i have never had a problem with UPS or USPS.

You'll be surprised how the shipper, not the carrier fucks things up. Everyday I have to correct addresses on packages that are un-deliverable. Funny thing is that I just had to correct 6 Never Summer boxes yesterday that are going to another terminal, just because they typo'ed one digit in the zip code. Thats gonna delay the packages by a day atleast.

I never had a problem with Fedex or UPS, they always deliver fast and with no issues, well except when the shipper requires signature but even than they attempt delivery and if you not there they will leave you notice you sign and they leave it at the door next day. No problem for me. I am big fun of both of the companies.

i hate ups. i dont know how many times i have had to drive all the way across town to pick my shit up that costs a ton to be delivered. i know some people tha use to work at fedex, they stole shit all the time. at least all my fedex stuff always gets dropped off at my house like it is supposed to be.

bear in mind that this is the busiest time of year for them. they'll start getting into their christmas shipping season and shit just goes bananas.
