I am currently have a DC PBJ flexy, with some rome 309 also room to move, and for the boots I was looking into last year models of the dc park boots, or the burton hail. But they are kind of pricey. So my question is do you think that I need some type of stability for my set up?

It really depends on the what type of riding you are going to be doing. By your board and binding choice, I would guess that you are going to be riding a lot of park. Your setup would be very good for jibing. Getting soft boots will not have a crazy effect on your stability, but you should plan to have a little trouble with riding at high speeds and larger jumps.
