Super Bummed

New years is coming up and i wanted to shred my local resort, they usally have fireworks and all this stuff. But then i checked the weather and its suppose to be around 50 degrees and rain. This ruined my day, i just wanna know, how bad is riding in the rain and if u have any stories or personal expierences, please share

Which resort? That is what they are calling for here too.... If its that warm and raining, I'm going to the bar. I was debating going to Whitetail in PA, but not worth it if its going to be that miserable.

I've gotten caught in the rain a few times and its not so bad as long as your gear is fairly waterproof (15K and above). Bring an extra pair of gloves, socks and a shirt to change at lunch, just in case. Also, don't take off your goggles because once you let moisture in it fogs up like crazy. Try to stay off the rails too, my worst concussion has been on a wet rail.

i'd stay home and get loose with Dick Clarks new yrs spectacular instead..

something u get used to Riding Baker all the time
