Default Wanna go to Vail, have free lodging, wanna drive from cle. How cheap can I do this?

so I have this timeshare that I can stay at which offers free shuttles to vail and beaver creek

I live in cleveland which is about a 20 hour drive from avon, CO. I wanna go on like a 3 or 4 day trip out there since I can lodge for free at a nice place but I wanna keep it as cheap as possible. How would you guys go about doing this trip for college kids on a real tight budget? We will prob be bringing 4 people total

Split gas, buy tickets in Denver at King Soopers, and buy groceries.

I don't know about the recent King Soopers deal, it used save a few bones but nothing profound. I do know Vail is extremely tight fisted about deals and sales. Vail charges a premium for lift tickets because it's worth it, just my opinion. PM me if you want to know anything else, I'm fron Denver and I know a little about a little.

Also if you find someone in town or go up to any vail resorts worker and throw them some cash or...you can maybe get them to give you one of their 45.00 lift ticket vouchers good at any vail resort. they get 16 a season and at the end of the year you always see these guys tryin to sell them for 5 or 10 bucks in front of the lift ticket office. wouldn't hurt to try or surf the local craigslist for some of the vouchers.

I don't know which snow carnies you know that are doing that but that's how they'll get fired.

I don't know any personally as I said they have just come up to me when I'm near a ticket window waiting for friends to buy their ticket. I would imagine they must not care for their jobs if they are doing it blatently in front of the purchase windows. There's nothing in the local entertainment book for vail resorts unfortunately so good luck in your search!
