Was up on Seymour today, and yet again some of the best new snow this year. Last Monday & Tuesday & today basically were some of the best riding I've experienced this year. And in April!. Pretty sure this isn't normal. But I'll take it.

Side note, after about 1:30 it turned to crap, but the morning was unbeatable.

Last thursday was one of the best days of the season. 3 feet in three days, clear skies, no wind, temps in low 20s, no lines, riding with a crew of 10 people. Friday was pretty damn good too!

I've forgotten what spring skiing is like since the past few times I've been out it has been snowing.

Yeah last spring was awesome and it's shaping up to be the same this year. Meadows is lame though and will probably just do weekends in May, good thing I've got a t line spring pass!

That's too bad. I've been riding a lot a tline now since it's where all my friends go. They also seem to have things a little more figured out there when it comes to parks. Tline had conways rebuilt immediately after all the snow we had this week but meadows still had 0 jumps when I was there friday.

Last spring day was in Jan of 2009 during a temp inversion, I kind of miss warm soft and corn days...but last week...thigh/hip deep poo so not complaining.

i reckon there's something in it. we've had a shockingly bad winter in europe, its been spring conditions since january, its only becouse the local hill is so high that we've still got riding to be had, but a lot of the lower resorts have been really struggling since the end of jan

Compared to meadows, that's world class.
