So Altrec.com seems to have a "no questions asked" return policy like backcountry and REI. Does anyone have experience with it? Is it comparable?
I'd normally just go with backcountry or REI, but they don't have what I'm looking for in stock (and the fact that Altrec is cheaper is cool too). I'm basically looking for a place where I can return boots. I've got a weird shaped foot, so I've ended up going through a lot of boots. It sucks because the only way to really try a boot out is on the mountain, and most places don't let you return after using them once. So ... Altrec.com - yay or nay? |

Altrec is awesome. Their retail brick/mortar store is about a mile away from my house and I've made use of their "no questions asked" return policy several times. Sure enough, they took back the products without any hassle at all. Great company, totally legit.
