Ask a lot of pain pills and tough it out... just when you think your shoulder is getting much better, your therapist will find ways to make it harder for you. That is actually a good thing.

Pain sucks. But therapy pain is good because it makes it better in the end!

With that injury the thereapy and doing it correctly is critical. If you dont rehab it correctly, the injury will occur over and over. I dislocated my right side 19 times in 3 years before I finally quit fucking around and took my thereapy seriously.

I've broken about 4 bones and seperated my shoulder, nothing as serious as suddenly having two spleens, but my stoke always returned. Really depends on the type of personality you are. Hopefully snowboarding will be one of your motivations for PT.
