anyone try one of those inversion tables? I crushed the lower three vertebrae in my back when I was 16, and in the past year my back has been in horrible pain. Can bend down to pickup anything or start shower in morning without bending at the knees. Just wondering if anyone has used one of these ? supposedly they will relieve the pressure if used regularly giving the muscles the ability if worked, to tighten up and strengthen that area?
What exercises do you do in conjunction with an inversion table? |

went to a chiro before and just didn't trust him. Docs dont trust chiros, and chiros dont trust docs. It's like republician vs dems. Both are crooked, brainwashed and very limited in their overall knowledge.
BUT like anything in life, there are good, bad, ugly and bar none the pinnacles of the earth. My experience at a chiro, take xrays, schedule subsequent apt, dont do a darn thing first visit to fix pain, and would only agree to a minimum of 5 visits and money up front before he got started. So of course, I walked out, didnt pay a dime - they billed me, took them to court and won. (they threatened to attack credit report) I have friends that visit them and swear by them. Usually overweight guys or guys with big bellys. I'm starting to get a belly at 40 although overall pretty slim. Too many BIG lunches over the past 4 or 5 years since I started working at this place that has every eatery near it known to man I THINK I'm going to try one of those tables somewhere and see how I feel minutes later, and 30 minutes later and, next day. doubt Ill experience anything next day or even 30 minutes later but we shall see. Def going to try before I buy. |
