hey guys,
im sorry i havent been active, i have been so busy with worki and working on my car... time flew! As we all know we will be cruising down the mountain soon enough and back on are boards!!! so i decided i have to get ready for this upcoming season! I ran into some problems!!! my boots are too small, not a big deal i will buy new! my bindings can be adjusted bigger so im good there! My main concern is my snowboard... i just got all of this stuff last year! i stand up to my board (im 5'5") and my board was up to my chin last season... and now it is down to my chest!!! I have been told that your board should be between your eyes and chin... since my board is new (last season i got it along with my boots and bindings) can i still use it? or is it too short? i really dont want to buy a new board... but you have to do what you have to do! so will it be ok for this season? or no? thanks for your future answers!!! ![]() NickCap

That's pretty damn short. For reference I'm about 170lbs and am going to ride a 157 this season (all mountain).
Are you still growing? If so, I'd suggest picking up something even larger than a 157/158 so it'll last more than a season. |

Depends on your preference really.I enjoy having short boards and long boards. Im 6'1 and I own a rome 146 for jibbing and a 163 for pow and a in between board.
The only thing that bugs me is the rome gets unstable at higher speeds so you cant haul buns in it but.. I dont use it for that. |
