Loveland opens Friday also. If you are going to go to an opening day session, I'd recommend hitting them up. Everyone with a freakin' Epic Pass is going to go to Slapahoe Basin. I highly doubt they'll go to Loveland. The shit show will be at least a bit less.

Oh man Sugar. I went there last year when I was home. It was awesome. Mid December and it was spring conditions with dirt spots everywhere. Tons of ollies over mud banks and rock jibs.

LOL, I know Sugar. I'm originally from Morganton. Still never been on a board east of the Rockies and don't really plan on changing that anytime soon.

.....and they charge you like almost $70 for the privilege .

I wonder how hard it is to make ski patrol there? Maybe you just show them a lift ticket from out west or up north and they hire you on the spot?
