Default Need help: Von Zipper Astro Chrome lens

Hey guys, I need your help.
I have bought vz astro chrome replacement lens from ebay seller. But it does't look "chrome" to me at all.
I have take a photo - Imageshack - lensk.jpg
left one - new vz astro chrome , rigth - bronze chrome and the one in the frame - my old lens (don;t remember name).
Is it real astro chrome lens ?
Can you take a picture of your vz astro lens ?
thanks in advance.

Hey - did you ever get to the bottom of this?

i just bought and received the same lens and it looks bronze/brownish with a blue-ish chrome over it. Looks nothing like the VZ stock photo.

it is chrome, just not what you expect it to be, the photo's are taken in a way that makes it look more chrome. Full mirror chrome is way different anyways.

Looks like a nighttime clear lense to me.

Take it out into the sun and then have a look. Also, the lighting used when a photo is taken can have a huge effect on how mirrored the lens appears to be. As in if I shoot a clear window at the right angle with bright enough sun I can make it look "chromed".

As mentioned it won't be completely mirrored, but will have a mirror coating. Have a friend try it on in the sun.
