That would be nice, although i dont know where they are getting all their maps from..did they just go out and get every map for every resort out there? Just the US?

What would be really nice is the ability to actually track your location ON the trail map, but the problem is that they are likely all at different scales and wouldnt correlate to actual GPS coordinates very well. Every single resort would need to be configured for some offset, which isnt possible without visiting them all lol.

look into the recon mod live adapter. It is open source and has android sdk. Their goggle adapter is able to show you were you are on the trail map and also show where you buddies are on the map.

Being able to keep track of where you buddies are in real time would be an amazing feature.

I like this feature...i dont think it would be overlayed on a trail map, atleast not to start but even just seeing friends on the GPS map may be a great feature...

Thanks ill add that to my bucket list and see if i can get it in there...
