probably based from person to person depending on how fit (or relatively) you are. if you do other similar activities (i.e. surfing or skateboarding), then it would take you almost no time at all. if you lounge all summer, then it would probably take a few days to get back to your level.

You can alway do a bit of training to get back into shape a few weeks before the season start so you dont get tired out on the first day

Well, reporting back.... The hardest part was getting off the lifts for some reason this year! First run down it all came back to me so I was a happy camper. Here is a little clip the hubby took of us going down a run. We had a great four days!

See, all comes back pretty quick once your out on the slopes, wish I had some snow within a reasonable drive right now.

im in the same shoes as you and i picked it up after 2 runs, just take it easy and dont push it , if it feels wrong.

great vid! i'm also on my second season and a couple runs and i was carving like m*%#@^! looking back on my pencil line trails surely gives me the goose bumpsman,it so nice to ride again.

Nice! Comes back pretty quick, doesn't it? Like you found out, the hardest part is with those muscles recovering after the first day out. (This will be my 22nd year.)
