I bought a jacket off WM but hated it when I got it (looked orange in the pic but turned out to be salmon colour). Anyways it had this cool pass retraction thing on there so I stuck my pass on it to see how it works.
So today I go to RMA some stuff and bicycle 14k or so in the cold and drop it at the mail box. A couple minutes ago I just realized my damn season's pass is still on the jacket which is now no doubt on some truck headed to the states! ![]() ![]() Not sure weather or not to laugh or cry. Oh well it was a bad picture anyways

Holy crap!!! Ours only 25$. Still I think I will make them take a better picture for that money lol...
I think this "deal" jacket ended up costing me way more than a 2012 from the local shop with the shipping to me, back to them and now the pass fiasco. Ug, no more impulse jacket buying for me. I have got some ok deals from Sac alerts this year but the pants and jacket were a disaster! Last edited by Jenzo; 11-25-2011 at 11:41 PM. |

occasional random check???
Once in a while our local hill does a pic ck on our passes. A member of the crew will come up and take a good look at the pic then you. No issues, it's us and well within their rights. Our hill charges $50 for a replacement, that hurts but is-what-it-is Wish my jacket or pants had a pass holder. I have to wear the arm band holder....

I find a lanyard works the best. May be fairly old school, but if you have a different jacket for different conditions it works pretty well. After the day, just take the lanyard off and tie it to your bag at the end of the day or hang it from the mirror in your car. Of course i only get my pass checked once or twice a day. Benefits of a small mountain haha.
