Nacho's are awesome and quick... not the kind with only cheese though.

Make em with chilly beef (plenty of it too-protein!), broccoli, bell peppers, grill cheese and guacamole

hobo dinners man!
-ground beef (not patties)and season it with anything you like
-carrots, broccoli
-onions if you like em
-sliced potatoes
-potato broth, so good on hobo dinners
-throw some cheese in there
-all wrapped up in tinfoil

The best way is to cook everything before you go and then freeze it. All you have to do is warm it up when you're ready to eat.

I make some pretty bomb chili and put it in a big thermos. Stuff stays napalm hot in there.

We do this too. Pulled pork on Portuguese roll with coleslaw FTW (that's 'fuck the world', not 'for the win' because while eating it I couldn't care about anything else).

I char the chunk of meat over coals on the weber before slow cooking for some smokey action, but you don't need to really
