those days happens all the time for me. being clumsy and not particularly athletic to begin with, i have taken some major beatings this year learning. some times you need someone to just tell you to stop, cuz that last run you push yourself on is probably the one where you will get the worst wipe outs.
take a day off and watch some random shows on the tube.

oh and put your feet up so you can rest and recharge properly.
