Default Buttery box idea

I understand that a common use for the tops of snowboarding boxes are HDPE, (high density polyurethane). Since I am a professional worker at Qdoba... lol. I searched what their cutting boards are made from, they use the same as subway and all those assembly line based food places. What do you know, its HDPE. And I found 9" x 60" sheets for $38 a piece. Im gonna call tomorrow and see their price on a 48" x 96" sheet. Check it out.

Mcmaster has 4x8 sheets of 3/8" HDPE for $155. You can make a 2ft by 16ft box with that. You would need 6 of those cutting boards to get close to that size and that would be almost $240.

I worked security overnight while a Stop and Shop grocery store was remodeling. They threw those cutting boards from the butcher station in a dumpster. Just an idea.
