Smile I am looking for a weather link that lies

I am heading to Utah on the 17th of Feb for 5 days. All the extended forecast sites I see show nothing great. I think its a jetstream thing. I just want to see a link that lies to me, since the trip is booked Honestly, how accurate are the extended forecasts for snowfall in the mts?

You have really good news. I am flying out on the 19th for business and whenever I leave it snows. It is the craziest thing, but whenever I leave town it snows. So you got that going for you.

Any forecast for longer than a 5-day period, and in some cases even 2 days is not 100% accurate. Check this out: Snow Science Episode 4: Long-Range Forecasting - OnTheSnow.

For e.g. just this weekend, our mountains in New Mexico were forecasted to get less than an inch of snow just 1 day before the storm, but most of them got over 10 inches of snow. . Don't even worry about the forecast right now. Just keep doing the snow dance, and you'll be ok.

I hear ya on that one

I went to Utah last year and it was mmm OK. The next week I was back home in Maryland and I got this email message on my Blackberry. "Brighton Powder Alert. 28'' Needless to say, I discontinued the Brighton Alerts to my email.
