Dad trying backyard jibbing hahahaha - Snowboarding Forum

My 14 yr old and I built this real fast today after a short day of riding at the hill.
This is the first time I ever tried a backyard jib set-up. I also wanted to try a 180 off, it kinda worked

Ironic that you're having such a crappy season on the hill but you have snow in your backyard. We've been getting just totally dumped on at the local mountains (57 cm today), but nothing at street level.

we had a storm that crossed 4 states but was only 150 miles wide. It was supposed to miss us and be just rain. They were wrong again, we got 3.5" wet snow, temps are supposed to be 45 degrees tomorrow so it may be gone very fast.

looks pretty awesome, I was thinking me and my friend could build something like this in the summer, exept use carpet instead on snow.

We did this in the summer too, actually the kids did. I didn't try it till a few days ago.
