No, I didn't hurt my self. My local hill has closed for the season because of the weather. This warm winter was capped off with over 24 hours above 60 degrees with rain and winds over 40mph. What little "snow" was left on the hill didn't have a chance. Not even enough left for the rail jam they had planned Sunday. At least on my last day last Friday I discovered two thing. Our rope tow moves faster then our lift and I can consistently FS 360 with out using a jump. I had never tried that before. Had only done one FS 360 ever before. Time to wax my board and wash all my gear for storage. Or, until I spring for some powderpak.

I know the feeling I just had to pack up for the Spring. It was very depressing. At least I still have wakeboarding for the time being till next winter. Going to Start Praying for La Nina to return!!!!!!!! next year
Wow, it's 60 there. It's only 50ish over here. It rained all yesterday and will probably be the end for most resorts. The only thing I am upset about is my resorts lack of terrain building. They had a lot of time when they could be making snow in the park and have had a good jump line. They only built two this years and right after they built them ithis warm streak came and you couldn't get enough speed to clear them with the slush. Hey, just gotta pray for next year.
Don't worry, it's not looking good in Europe either. We had a late but heavy start to the season. Record snow fell in January here in Austria, then in Early Feb, people froze to death in parts of Eastern Europe, you might have seen the news. Today, it was about 65, in the shade....nuff said.
