Snowboard Bucket List

What is yours?

1. Ride 6/7 continents. Excluding Antarctica because going there privately, let alone to try to snowboard, would be a feat in and of itself.

2. Jackson Hole, Alaska, Whistler

3. Live in the mountains or as close as possible.

4. Sled and Shred Niseko

5. Backside 900 off a natural hit

6. Air the quarter pipe 20'

I'm going to steal your first one to ride 6/7 continents

-Live within an hour(hopefully) of a mountain
-double corks
-snowboard and surf in the same day

A few I can think of right now.

- Ride in every month of a year (thinking about hiking up some slopes in BC/Alberta in the summer)

- Do 50+ days in a year (I'm at 25 so far)

- Compete again

- Maybe teach?

- Get more into aerial tricks instead of just big air grabs, yeah after 19 years I'm still not a spinner

I'm a wee bit more conservative than you heroes!

- Jump 20-footers and bigger with confidence
- Hit every run on Seymour with confidence and come out the end with head still above snowboard.
- Learn spins on jumps (beyond fs 180's).
- Hit some street-style rails and boxes before the end of the season.

I don't plan more than a season in advance.

Illegitimi non carborundum.

By this season end:

*Hit straight kickers with confidence
*Grabs
*Learn to ride switch
*Pop 180's (and ride it out switch lol not shitty reverts)
*Jib some more shit, probably natural ie tree bonks etc

Whenever:
Ride in my home country NZ

Sooner rather than later:
Ride BC interior

Overall:
Pull a sick method... then I can die happy!

I live close to a mountain and have the money to visit resorts. My thing is getting Canadian residency so I don't have to move back to Australia! If I leave Canada I can kiss snowboarding (snowboarding that I would want to do) goodbye.

If that happens then lots and lots of heli skiing.

So many runs so little time.
