End of season deals? - Snowboarding Forum

I've got $600 to throw away at a deck and bindings and a lot of online snow shops are having deals around 20-30% off. This is my first season buying online from US (I'm Australian) and i'm wondering if this is about the cheapest gear will get or towards the end of your season will it drastically drop? If so, how much can i expect to see in discounts and when abouts? I'm in impulse buyer so these 30% deals are really tempting.

Specifically I'm hoping to pick up a lib tech t rice for under $400 but struggling to find a dealer that will a) ship lib tech to australia and b) ...sell it for under $400.

The board shop in town here has about 5 or 6 lib trices at 40% off right now. They have 6 bananas too.... If their graphics werent so fucking ugly I'd buy one....

Have some kind soul on SBF buy it online as most retailers have free shipping to CONTUS. Then pay them the additional (hefty) shipping fee.

They're selling it for 380 usd on Boardsports. Get some Union Atlases or Cartel Re:flexes for it and you'll probably be pushing close to 650-700 shipped.

Yeah evo has it for $374 at the moment I think. Unfortunately I'm new and don't really know anyone at the moment so not sure who I can trust haha. I've found Lib Tech to be the hardest to get out of the USA unfortunately

I have ordered from evo a bunch of times and always had a good experience. Would definitely consider them trustworthy, but shipping internationally is a completely different thing. Make sure you keep in mind that on top of the hefty shipping fees, you will probably have to pay hefty duties and taxes to get it into Australia. Not sure how tough Australia is on those things, but some countries charge almost as much as the item's cost. Good luck!

Gold coast / Queensland / Australia.

Dog funk pretty much exclusively ships nitro to australia and that's all. "due to contracts we can't ship blah blah"
