R.I.P. Sad news. + vibes to the family for their loss. I've fallen in a tree well, at White Pass in fact. If Snowolf had not been there, I would have spent a very cold night at minimum, possibly an eternity stuck there. The same trees that are oh so enticing (especially at White Pass), can also be oh-so-deadly. The King 5 article hit it on the head. Even when following the codes and rules, accidents can happen. Stay safe out there PNW people, the snow is deep and the wells are dangerous.
