Stay away from FB it's not as professional and shit can escalate out of hand to a level you don't want and they don't need. It's obvious they are behind the times.
If your main concern is the park you need to get them reading SAM Ski Area Management and there's some other site I'm brain farting on as it's 2 in the morning and I just rolled home from Octoberfest where there were some serious creatures out and about. But anyways those features in your pics are scary as fuck, that reminds me of hitting shit in the 90's. Tell them they could learn a thing or two about parks from Breckenridge which in my opinion is the greatest park on earth and completely next level, fuck you Keystone. I'd put together an outline of concerns for them, ideas on how to rectify it, and tell them as a customer you want to help them as they have helped you blah blah blah ego stroke, jerk off, drunken gnargoyle attack, blah blah blah, fix that park.

I wish we could reason with Loveland to put in a decent park but I've been told its been tried and they just are committed to doing it barely and poorly..sigh...maybe with Echo gone...

They've been sued like 3 times and lost 3 times because of that park. Loveland is a natural park that's all you need to know.

Look at all the people who died at Keystone last year - what, does Loveland get their lawyers from a Cracker Jacks box?

Insurance policies dictate the lawyers usually and as a small mom and pop vs a mega conglomerate it's not even an argument. On top of the fact parks cost money and Lovelands bread and butter is not that it's free riding and always will be. They should just ditch the park all together and leave that for the resorts that know how to make one.
