Last week, a bunch of storms rolled through the Las Vegas valley. While it was 95 degrees and pouring rain on the strip where I was, 20 minutes away on Mt Charleston, it was cold enough to snow... hopefully this is a sign for a lot of snow to come West this year (fingers crossed).

Interesting, we're getting sort of an "Indian-Summer" so far in N. Idaho. Still in the high 70's mid 80's which is somewhat strange for this time of year. Extremely dry too, hasn't rained more than a drizzle in months which is also weird.
Not really sure what to expect for this year, but I'll take lot's of powder please
