I don't see a problem with it...It's the off season, I'd have a discussion with anyone about anything snowboarding related at this point no matter how pointless.

well teams on websites are gonna be listed weather they have their own board or not, so if u wanna finger out which pro rides which board - ok...I see some value....but a list like:

Doesn't really do anything but rearrange easily accesible information.

Put board model and length next to each rider, and we have something that requires a little legwork.

Easier than that. If you have any mag laying around you can just open it to any ad and they will have most the pros listed.
