Department of Goods free shipping? - Snowboarding Forum

I picked out a few things from departmentofgoods.com and my total came to about $45 and you need $50 to qualify for free shipping. So I threw some wax into my cart to see the free shipping option and it says it takes 7-14 days to get to me. The $9 shipping option takes the standard 5-7 days.

So my question is, has anyone had deparment of goods ship to you for free and how long did it really take? Is it worth it to buy the wax to get the free shipping or should I just pay the $9 instead? I'm not really in a huge rush to get my stuff, it'd just be nice to have it as soon as I can...

Also, everything is 50% off there until tomorrow, if anyone is interested.

free shipping takes however long UPS standard takes.

I've never waited more than a week from something from Dept. of Goods or Backcountry.com

I'm on a direct UPS route so usually get my gear with-in 2-3 business days of shipping with free shipping.
