Snowing in Tahoe.

2" in Kirkwood since this morning! More coming. The season begins.

2015/16 -3- Kirkwood days

i hate you because last year when i actually lived in tahoe im pretty sure the first time i saw snow fall out of the sky was sometime in january.

Me too...But the year before they opened on the 21st of November. Great birthday present This season looks good.

We're supposed to get a decent storm later this week in CO. Might even snow on the front range cities at lower elevations. It's exciting for sure, but let's hope we get consistent snow for the entire late fall/early winter, otherwise it's going to be another rotten snowpack year

Denver news reporting some places have gotten up to a foot of snow in Eastern CA/Western NV, holy crap!

I'm reading 17" at Mammoth Main lodge, so probably 22" or so up top!

Surprised tahoe doesn't have more, it looked like it was dumping a lot more up there, on the satellite images.

Lucky... There is no forecast of any precipitation here in the SW anytime soon... Snow needs to get it's s__t together so the resorts can open!

fuuuuuuuck!!! the pic mammoth posted to their fb page just made me drool

I was already watching the weather to see if it's gonna melt or not. It's been downright cooooold in so cal. I wore a jacket this morning. brr
