Looking to find this for backyard park.

Hey, just wondering where I can find one of these racks. If I look up bike rack on Ebay it just comes up with car racks. Would really like to Jib on this. I always see them at rec centers and what-not.

Go to a metal fabricators and get whatever you design you like made

I would buy one of these. Maybe depends on the price it would go for. maybe they would have them at the junkyard, who knows!

Possibly, but I don't think they ever become junk.

Know matter how bad it's beat up, as long as there is a piece of it there, it serves it's purpose.

Looks like you answered your own question about where to find one, but if you want to acquire one honestly you can drop $500 and buy a similar one here:
