I'm sure some of you already know this. I did a quick google search and found tons of complaints. I wish I did this before spending money there.

I bought something from them in October. Turns out they didn't have what I ordered in stock but they still charged me, then they tell me I can pick out something else.. I decline, and insist on a refund (they didn't offer to give one). They agree to a refund, they said it takes 7-10 business days, which is ridiculous that I have to wait 2 weeks for my own money - almost every good shop takes roughly 2 days. Anyway, we're approaching week 4 now and they're not answering my emails. I'm giving them a call in the morning then calling my bank.

My issue isn't as bad as a lot of the other complaints, but it's still very aggravating dealing with these people. I'm not asking for advice, just simply giving people a heads up. If you do a search you can find all kinds of complaints about them dating pretty far back, ranging from damaging equipment intentionally to sending out used gear. Sucks for me that I didn't check them out before buying from them.

Yup. And yeah, I've had my CC company do charge backs before, it works great. I think when I ordered I just grabbed whatever card I had at the moment. My bank is also my CC provider and I'm told they're pretty good about situations like this too.

You should have called your bank as soon as they started pulling the "we'll let you pick out anything else" card. Fucking Tightboards did this same damn thing. It took an act of god for customer's to get their money back. We posted warnings about Tightboards and of course they got on and said they were changing things. I told them to prove it, and the same old shit continued. Then they got nasty. Threatening lawsuits and such. We kept hammering them and now they are out of business.

In addition to calling your bank, make sure you contact Visa/Mastercard directly and file a complaint with the county DA in Big Bear. Start lobbing shots over the bow now, don't fuck around. If they are legit, they will take care of this quickly. Judging by your problems, they are probably not legit so get mean with them.

^ Didn't see your post until now, but I still used your advice. When you say "we", if you mean the forum, then that's awesome.

I figured it's only fair that I updated this thread. I finally got my money back. Despite that fact, I would still recommend staying away from this company.
