My friend Jason taught me how to snowboard. When i first got on my board i went on the bunny hill a few times with a few other new people and we tried to teach ourselves. We did pretty good. good enough to go on the acutal mountain. On that mountain i took some pretty nasty falls trying to keep up with my better friends. But soon, i was totally out leagued. Then my friend Jason stopped and helped me for like 2 hours. Im very greatful for that. Snowboarding is now something i love, i guess another passion of mine

1 formal lesson. Would sit in the background of others lessons. Asking other boarders on the slope. Some videos, some written materials. Lots of watching the good boarders. Lots and lots of back to back days of practice. Trial and lots of error.
