Props for Rome Customer Service
A few days ago I realized both 4x4 disks on my 2008 Rome 390s had small cracks. I filled out a claim on Rome's warranty website yesterday and already received an email confirming two replacement disks are in the mail.
This is the second time Rome has sent a replacement part, no questions asked.
Just thought I'd give them some props. It's great to know they support their products even when they are 4-5 years old.
