I tried skiing last year,...literally went 25 feet, fell forward and did a major tear of my left calf muscle....was out for 4-5 weeks and it affected my riding for the season...its fine now.

to turn pick up your inside foot and put most of your weight on the outside leg. if you want to turn left and put your weight on your right ski.
Same as snowboarding make sure to unweight/pop when turning. |
