Are any there resorts with long, narrow, curvy trails?

I noticed groomed runs are generally wide and short, kind of like a wide freeway. I'm wondering if any resorts have lift-served "paved" trails that are more like... going on a long rally car race so to speak. I mean a long, narrow curvy decent with lots of switch backs (and some hairpin turns) here and there that's a lot of fun and also takes a while to get down. Here in Southern CA, you can get from peak to base within minutes...
