Garmin forerunner watch... I don't need to track my runs but man it's pretty cool to see where you went at the end of the day, total distance, vertical feet, etc. I'll never board without GPS again!

Tuning equipment +1, it's worth it's weight in gold if you ask me.

Body armor? Although not NEEDED this is considered essential for some.

IPad
Impact shorts
Spine protector
Backpack
Probe
Beacon
A never summer board for shits and giggles.

And yeah, everyone should try and get a weird board like the Nug sometime in their career...

Edit: oh you already have 2 NS boards... damn.

Those new K2 Company IPOs.

I've recently decided that I need like 5 pairs of goggles. I want like 4 sets of lowlight so I can just swap em out when they get wet.

gogs wish:

2 yellow
2 orange
1 dark/bluebird

I actually used to have an app on my phone that did the gps tracking. I'm sure it wasn't as accurate as the watch, but it was fun. It stopped working for some reason though.

Haha, yeah I do like my NS boards. I've thought about buying some armor and may still do that. I would like to have a good pair of padded shorts. Any suggestions?

I believe that my next board will be a dedicated pow board. Though unless the weather is better next season for Colorado, not sure how much use I will get out of it. I was thinking of the hovercraft as my next board.

I was also considering BC gear and an Avy class but I don't really have anyone to do those types of things with so it would be hit or miss if I ever used it.

Haha, I've just been thinking this. While I like my Eg2, I was considering getting some I/OX goggles so that I can change lenses when the light is super flat. I was out last weekend with my Eg2 on with no sunlight. I couldn't see any detail in the snow.

I did the phone thing for a couple years and it was reasonably accurate, but the watch is just so much easier to use! It does seem to capture better data too. If clouds rolled in I used to lose signal on the phone, the watch will even GPS track me indoors.

I got a Forerunner 410 for $165 with the heart rate monitor. Best way to push yourself in a sport is to know how much you're already doing!
