For those of you who haven't seen it, Google is adding ski resort runs to their mapping software. It's more like what you might be used to in terms of navigating with your phone, but the part that seems interesting to me is that they are adding pictures you can click to see what the runs look like from certain views.
Apparently, it's going to ramp up in February but they have a few already listed if you want to see what it's like.
You can zoom in on a lot of resorts with google maps and the runs will show up when you get close enough. Zoom in on Whistler, then grab the guy and drop him on a run like you would for google street view. Then you can go down the run like you do on streets.
