If You could work at any ski resort where would you work?

So as the title says my question is, if you could work at any ski resort where would you work? I have worked at a couple ski resorts these past few winters as a lifty and board tech in VT, PA and NY. I should mention I am a traveler for work doesn't matter where it is as long as its gonna be fun. Going back to Alaska for my second year. Just looking for some input from people with knowledge about the resorts.

Jackson .

Yep, I'd pick Jackson > everything else. Telluride might be #2. Maybe Crested Butte #3.

Jackson hole is definitely on my short list. But besides its an awesome spot, why go there?

None, because being a lift carny is fucking whack.

lol its not whack. I get a free pass to whatever mountain i work at and usually to other local mountains. I get to ride every day before anybody else hits the trails. and iusally ride a ridiculous amount of days during the season. Of course jackass customers are always there, but what job doesn't have them?

I'd say more the you don't ride as much as you think you do, the pay is shit, etc. The topic of snow carnies has been covered multiple times. I'd much rather be a bar tender in a resort town (work nights and actually make money) then a carny. Valet (rare unless you are in Whistler but hey they exist), bellman, etc. Any of those really.

I think i should clarify something. I dont work as a lifty anymore. I usually work as a board tech at a shop thats part of the resort and i make good money doing that. My last job in Vermont i came in at 2pm and did board repairs and tuning till 10pm. I went riding almost every morning till work and had a great winter.
