I used to walk a LOT and benefited from the exercise. The past couple of years I've had less reason to walk and need to make time to exercise. I'm considering taking up racquetball again... It's a great game, and I played with my cousin last month. There's a YMCA with courts close to my office, so I'm considering joining just to get some racquetball time in. It's fun and great exercise to boot.
Besides, it's always mysterious to walk around with a huge black-n-blue on one's face or body every once in a while
