are you strict with yourself and exercise?

or just laid back when it comes to eating healthy and being active?

I used to walk a LOT and benefited from the exercise. The past couple of years I've had less reason to walk and need to make time to exercise. I'm considering taking up racquetball again... It's a great game, and I played with my cousin last month. There's a YMCA with courts close to my office, so I'm considering joining just to get some racquetball time in. It's fun and great exercise to boot.

Besides, it's always mysterious to walk around with a huge black-n-blue on one's face or body every once in a while

Swimming and sprinting seems to be the best exercise combination for me. It works wonders

thankfully when its the summer time, you are almost forced not to eat so much i find.
the heat suppresses my appetite..

but i do a LOT of walking. alot of water drinking. salads and sandwiches. leaves me ready for the winter and all the sports.

The one thing with walking is that it can burn up muscle. It needs to be supplemented with a weightlifting program
