Does any one here ride quads during the summer? I am looking to buy one to ride some trails in VT and at my friends pit. Is this a good quad? Is it in good shape and what do you think it is worth? 2006 raptor 350

I ride quads for work during the summer. If you can go ride it, since it's going to be for fun, that's your first concern. It's hard to judge condition from the ad, you need to see it in person. It's pretty hard to go wrong if it's nice and you like riding it. I was looking at getting a YFZ450 but I spent all my money going snowboarding.

I think the quad in that ad would easily go for that here. A lot depends on condition, if it's super clean it would be worth it for me. A good previous owner and taking care of it when you get it will make a big difference. Our work machines get used hard and it shows!

I think once you get used to the clutch you'll have a blast.

I ride mine(2010 Can-Am 500) all season to work. I switch my tires(road tires) when off roading, but mostly I ride on city streets and I venture on some dirt roads if my tires can handle them. goodluck on finding an ATV and have fun when you do.
